Using a drag/chain Harrow

Need some advice on using a harrow with an 8N. Am planning on buying a 4' chain/drag harrow. I need to smooth out a few random rough spots. I an planning on hooking it up to a ball hitch (set on right side to cover tracks on right side).

Question: Is there an easy way to transport the harrow from spot to spot without dragging it everywhere in between??

I use my boom pole - I tie a rope to the four corners to attach to the pole and use it to lift.
