Buying Advice Tractor advice

Guys,
Just a follow up here.
If a tractor needs parts or repairs and the Vet dealer/owners decide it is not worth keeping, where do they get their parts from? Other used broken Yanmars lurking in the junk pile? If so then it might not be so bad unless that part is worn out as well, ie an old clutch. Many times on this forum a memeber wants a part and finds it from a junked Yanmar sitting on some lot waiting for parting out. It is still a risk I know.
If I could do it again, and I will some day, I'd buy from a dealer that I KNOW could do big repairs for me as I'm not good with a wrench. good luck, bw

Yes, thats how its done. Other used, broken or scrap parts tractors. Admittedly, the Vietnam rebuilders are very clever utilizing everything available in making tractors run.
Miss-matched parts, by years and models make diagnosing problems very difficult when replacement parts are required.
