Unless it was a heavy metal doorframe, the mast was probably ok, the door frame and the pallet of cedar shakes, probably not so much.

I-beam lintel was unharmed.
The garage door was up higher and didn't get hit.
The pallet unloaded itself and cedar shakes were everywhere.
The driver got pitched forward and smashed his noggin on the lift cylinder.
He also said his gutt was sore from hitting the steering wheel.
He was dazed & confused, but it wasn't clear if this was due to the impact - he was sort of like that before.
The Hyster was good as new.

As the saying goes "Been there ,done that" .
By the time you work a couple hours after quitting time on a Friday to accommodate a trucker that knows he will get served late the last thing is paying attention to details like an overhead door that was only opened high enough to let you out of the ware house with the mast down and a empty forklift.
When all was loaded and I had finished by lifting his rolled up tarps up so he could strap them down I headed back into the warehouse ,the disaster wasn't as large as you might imagine but the 14' door has a slight bend to this day it tore off 2 or 3 rollers and now it kind of flinches when opened and closed.
I always feel insecure on the small forklift tractors so doing up the seat belt is automatic and that may have saved his face and gut, reminds me of the guy hot dogging on a stand up and caught the tines and he stopped with an imprint of the mesh in front on his face.
