I think we are fixing to get a decent rain!! Looks like some nice "Red" on the radar, hopefully we get more than a few drops!!!

Raining here, not hard, but steady. All of the light and sound to go along with it, has ended the sleeping, but for rain, I'd say a fair trade. (As long as there is nothing severe in it!)

They said only wind and possibly some hail, so far, just rain for me !:dance1:

Okay now! Dennis and FG19, I shared at least a tiny bit with you. I'm topping out over 2" so far, but I sent you a little. See what a caring and sharing kinda guy I am? :D The major things with me are no high winds and no hail. Once it was raining so hard it sounded like wind, but it was just rain coming in waves on my metal roof.

EDIT: Now back to bed. I need all the beauty sleep I can get.

Jim, I knew you where out on the deck dancing in your long-johns! Haven't checked the gauge yet, but it was the best rain in a month.

Well, well, well, thats what I need, or rain, everything looks so dry. I just turned the sprinkler on before sunrise so it would not evaporate before it hit the ground.

Got it good in Oglesby this morning, haven't looked at rain gauge yet but it was a good one. Moving off now but more to come. :)

lightening north of me, clear overhead and radar indicates likely to stay clear...y'all enjoy the rain I ordered ...delivery address must have gotten scrambled, dry, dry, dry outside.

0.6 in the rain gauge, this morning. I think most of mine is finished! Maybe I'll get lucky, and get another light shower, before it totally clears off. But had a really great morning, sitting, and listening to the rain. Looks like it postponed my 6am mowing!

Somehow jinman, you get your rain, and part of mine too, but I think I'll let it slide, this time! :D

I just dumped about 0.30" of rain out of my gauge, although the NWS shows the Denton airport about 10 miles from here got 1.28". At least we're not among the thousands without electricity this morning. And the yard very definitely needs mowing, but now I have an excuse for not doing that today.
