Texas Spring/Summer Thread

Well, I was spot on. My tractor, disc, and drag harrow got chased out of the 7 acre hay patch just after I started the second pass. Walking to the truck had thunder and lightning all around me. Now, I gotta finish tomorrow........................please. Had the wipers on high pulling the 29 foot gooseneck the 15 miles home. Got home and it quit raining with 1/2 inch in the rain gauge.

I hear thunder. The pavers have unconnected drops,,should I pull my truck out and open the window or what ---help quick before it passes.....

Well, if 'April showers bring May flowers,' there ain't gonna be many blooms around.

I'm happy with the rain I've had, but I was hoping to finish out the month with a nice shower this weekend. It looks like May 1st is our next decent chance. If people want flowers and gardens, they'd better be buyin' some hoses.
