So I found a good source of PVC tarp material on Market place. It was only about 50 minute drive. These folks have a hookup on end of rolls of unused PVC billboard material, so it is white on one side black on the other. The pices they get are about 16'x20' and they charge $20 each. That is 320 sqft for only $20, pretty good deal, especially for unused white pieces. I ended up buying 4 ~16x20s and they threw a smaller one in for free. This stuff in nice. The guy says these tarps easily last 10 years in the elements full time. I can't wait to make some nice tarps by folding and gluing a 1.5" edge and adding grommets.
