Yes, same lights, same tractor, only 10 hours after resetting, and neither TYM or the dealer care. I can not recommend anyone buy a TYM tractor. My first 2018 T574 had the DPF and MIL lights come on after using the brand new tractor for only about 10 hours. It was a 30 month ordeal with about 20 visits to my farm by the dealer and the lights coming on five times more in less than 90 hours that the PA attorney generals office was instrumental in TYM replacing the tractor in 2022. My 2022 T574 had the same lights come on a year ago with about 90 hours on the clock. My dealer and TYM was notified. Neither ever responded about fixing the tractor.
The great people at TBN wrote about a procedure to reset the lights. It worked. But now, with only about 10 additional hours on the clock, the lights are on again. I was in the middle of a one hour project unloading and moving pallets with forks when I got out of the cab to adjust the forks and when I got back in the lights were on. No fathomable reason what so ever.
My dealer said that the first 30 month ordeal made him sick. So now he and TYM just ignore this issue. I am sick too because I am out the money. So to be certain that you do not go through what I am, do not buy a TYM.

That sucks. Id probably remove the damn thing thing and run it.

Mine is three years issue free. This is wild it has happened on two units you have owned.

I know. Really hard to believe. I had a theory at one time. That after running the tractor for hours brush hogging, a lot of chaff would build up from the radiator to the 3 point. When I got it back to the barn I used an electric leaf blower to get the chaff off while the engine cooled down running. My theory was that I was cooling off something abnormally fast. My theory is obviously wrong since it happens in the middle of running.

I've read your other posts on this and it's tough situation for sure and I feel for you.

It may have been mentioned, but is the DPF system computerized or not on this model? Either way, you'd think it would be an easy troubleshoot with respect to is there really a problem or is the system getting bad/false/no inputs.

It would be nice if TYM manned up a bit at this point and gave you either some sort of an answer or a "cease and desist" 'we did what we could, never bother us again on this particular problem' letter. If I recall correctly, the dealer and TYM people made multiple trips to your house, picked up and delivered your machine free many times and gave you a brand new 2022 tractor to replace your 2018. In my opinion, that is above and beyond what most manufacturers would do, given the situation.

I can't say I'm a huge TYM fan given what I dealt with just with trying to take delivery of my little T224, but I knew I wasn't buying a Deere or a Kubota and I hope they do better in the future.

I have no idea if the DPF is computerized. Including the original, I think that the first tractor had 5 DPF controllers because that was the most likely culprit. I can not be lenient to TYM because they use their 6 year warranty as a selling feature. My experience proves that to be a big lie. Also, after 30 months I believe that the only reason they replaced the tractor was due to the PA attorney general office was on their case and TYM has a big facility in PA.

If the DPF system has a controller, it's under some form of computer control. Probably not the route you want to go, but It would be awesome if someone like Ivan from Pine Hollow Diagnostics could come take a look at it. Someone like that would likely have it diagnosed properly in under an hour. He's out of PA. There's probably tons of mobile equipment techs that would have it figured out in no time as well. Problem is, any of that would be on your dime. As you've discovered, any really good TYM specific tech/diag service is far and few between, if it even exists.

I would just like to add that this problem is covered by the warranty. The dealer says he can do nothing without authorization from TYM. He spoke to and emailed TYM 12 months ago and no one has responded. The dealer says that the ordeal with the first tractor made him sick so he wants me to find another dealer to handle a problem which should not be their responsibility because they did not make the profit in the sale. Frankly, they have worn me out except for letting others beware. I will do that every time that I need to reset the error message. Are you listening TYM?

The T574 uses a mechanical injected engine, meaning, it just really needs 1 wire for the shutoff solenoid to work.

The DPF controller is just that, a DPF controller, to keep track of how clogged the DPF is and then ask for a regen when it's due time.

Technically, it could all fall off and the engine couldn't be any happier. Less fuel consumption, less restriction, a little bit more power.

Of course, this should've been fixed by the dealer, which so far, I've only read about DPF controllers being replaced. It could also be a bad exhaust valve causing the issue or even a sensor on the DPF.

Besides on site work, the first tractor was hauled back to the dealership for extensive work twice. Ultimately, I think that every DPF related part was replaced except the dash board display. Still, this is not an excuse for ignoring the current problem for 12 months.

Sorry that's happening to you. I have the same tractor and zero problems, to date.

I know it's annoying, but it also isn't stopping you from using the tractor. With most modern tractors, that would put your machine into limp mode, making it useless.
