Really? It's that easy for you to bail on this thread. That just makes me think I'm on the right track saying the entire story is BS.

Say its not BS. So where is your proof that what you're saying isn't some Kubota bash by a dissatisfied 'customer' or some other lame scenario?
I'm why you hardly ever post here? Right. I'm the problem?:confused2: I gave you a way to solve the supposed situation; to which you gave no response. I've helped lots of people here on TBN over many years with dealer and manufacture issues, and I've called out some real lame trolls who were just bashing whatever for their own purposes. Why fold now? If you have a legitimate case then press it. Otherwise disappear.
I'm betting on you being done.:confused3:

Yes, I have nothing better to do than listen to clowns like you. The point I was trying to make is I should have never purchased it until all the parts were in.

Alright, I'll retract my earlier claim of possible troll effect, because I researched some of the OP's earlier posts. Seems he is legitimate in having bought at least a new tractor. BUT, and here's the kicker- either man up or move on. If your selling dealer has for whatever reason screwed you over by intent or error, then YOUR obligation is to MAN UP and get on the case with them. TWO MONTHS of this nonsense?! Really? Why?
It is time to escalate, escalate, escalate, and stop blaming the victim here, that is you, the OP.
You're making payments on something you own but don't have in your possession. That's completely WRONG, and needs immediate resolution.
Could I have looked up your profile earlier, yes. Should I have to do so to prove to myself that you're legitimate in your claims, probably not. But I'm offering you a bone in addition to offering you good advice earlier in bringing your contracts with serial numbers to Kubota Corps attention and DEMANDING immediate resolution.
Only you can get this situation resolved and I can tell you this you're playing the nice guy/ being the nice guy so far has you finishing last, when you should be using the hoe you paid for.
I'm actually and really on your side. How I present my case sometimes gets people riled up- but it has the intended effect- it gets things moving in a direction they weren't previously.
FWIW, I apologize for mistakenly concluding you were possibly a troll, my bad.:ashamed:
Now will you please put your boot up someones's azz and get the necessary results?

CM is right although maybe not PC. I would not take delivery of an expensive piece of equipment missing functional parts and I would not be debating if it was my fault either.

I really meant it was my fault for buying before all the parts were in, I should have known better.

Ok dam it, I'm headed there right now. I'm fed up with this shxxt. :) Really I am one person that would never say a bad thing about the tractor, they are a great piece of equipment.

The thing that gets so frustrating here, is that you apparently never received what you paid for, and you have been way too nice and way too patient with your dealer.

Most of us here would be just as upset as you, but we would be in the owners office, IN PERSON, applying all the heat to the guy that took the money and didn't deliver the goods.

After two months of dealer ineptness at fixing the problem, it would be in the hands of Kubota corp. and my lawyer. If you want satisfaction here, stop worrying about your dealers feelings, and start being a demanding customer that won't go away meekly.

Do something! Start being a screeching wheel, and don't stop until you have what you paid for.

Trust me on this- I'm no clown. I will and do and have stuck by many people here to get issues resolved, and most times they have been to the OP's satisfaction, even when there seemed little hope at first of getting good results. You can either believe that or search my posts for evidence of same, your choice.
But I'll take the cheap shot, because you wrote what you posted above while I was writing my apology to you.
I guess your issue is you have difficulty expressing what you actually mean so people take it however they interpret what you actually meant to say.

Bottom line still is, YOU and only you need to press the right buttons with Kubota Corp. by phone, email, smoke signals, whatever to get things resolved. It's more than obvious to us out here that your dealer is doing you no favors and has moved on to the next deal(s), especially since you financed the whole deal, he's essentially out of the loop, from his POV, IMHO.

My apologies too, I was just looking for some advice on how to handle this and I think I got it. Thanks

Accepted. Now go get your hoe. Keep us posted as to results.
Accept only a satisfactory solution, from someone who can deliver the goods.

That's the attitude ! You will get what you paid for, Kubota is an upstanding company. Keep us posted.

I look at it different. People something do things in order to be nice and it is not in their best interest. Sometime you think I will get it fixed later it is not a big deal and it does not work out. I won't say it is BS or anything like that as he is not flying off the handle or anything. Just thinking he may have made a mistake and looking for the best course of action to correct the problem. I can't say I blame Kubota but it sure sounds like the dealer maybe dropping the ball.
