Use what you like. It dont matter to me at all.One was from 2018, the other wasnt listed on the mods itself but was posted early 2020's can't remember the exact year. I'll see if I can find that MSDS again.
I saw people say the formula has changed but also that the company says its hasnt.

Red Armor contains a polymer
( polybutene after 2014 /polyisobutylene before 2014 )
for making the oil adhere better to the surface of metal parts.
Dont matter whatsoever to me it is FD oil and if it makes you all warm and fuzzy using it, use it then. It's FD. All that matters.
FD corresponds to higher detergency properties than the other two grades, meets the lubricity requirements and has low smoke requirements.
