John, I'll happily deal with all the snow we get in a Vermont winter just to avoid the double wammy you people in FL got last summer. I like having the roof on TOP of my house with the grit side of the shingles facing up /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif And I don't think tapping palm trees would be anywheres near as much fun as tapping a nice maple /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually it was a quaddruple whammy, but that said, at least they go away quickly, and I've seen snow cause a lot of roof collapse! Of course, neither situation is ideal to me. Mudslides, hurricanes, onadoes, blizzards, earthquakes, seems no matter where one lives, there's something that Mother Nature has in store to screw things up a bit. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif John

Ad to that list of natural disastors the one that seems to cause the most damage; Flooding! no doubt about it, it doesn't matter where you live, mother nature always can cause havoc /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
