RX7320 Heater Problems

I have a 2024 model RX7320. The engine doesn't warm up and the heater doesn't keep the glass clear in below zero weather unless you work the engine harder than just putt-putt snow clearing. Kioti has the heater return going back to the radiator bottom tank rather than the water pump inlet (like everyone else does) which is just like having a thermostat that doesn't close. The engine is getting a steady flow of cold water from the radiator even when the thermostat is closed and it doesn't need it. Has anyone else in winter weather noticed this? Has anyone come up with a fix for this?

Diesel truckers of yesteryear would place either a zipper curtain over the radiator and manually find the sweet spot for that day's operation by opening it or closeing it. Otherers would use a cardboard cutout with a square opening to limit the amount of very cold air to enter the radiator.

very expensive cover to cut down the air flow through the system

Thats weird, i have a kioti dk45 and the heater roasts me out in the winter. I have to crack a window at times.

Did you check the thermostat to make sure it’s not stuck open? Or opening too soon? It’s a little bit hard to believe that Kioti has it plumbed wrong, do you know of any others of that model with same Issue?

Bag it like Lou does and check the thermostat in the spring when it's warmer out to work on it.

Even with a working thermostat I just keep an eye on temps, Even with the front covered up it circulates enough air most days but does warm up the engine a bit faster and the hydraulics seem much happier.
