Lets not get ahead of ourselves now, we have to discuss the plan some more. There may be a better tool for the job.

Hammer an undersized socket on, weld it. Attach and weld breaker bar to socket. Weld pipe wrench to breaker bar. Then, finally, turn the tractor to loosen?

Of course the light shuts off... there's a little man in there that does it.

Close enough to a Rube Goldberg solution that I'll allow it... as long as at least one of the components is made by ACME.

Welding would break the bulb.
Use Super Glue !!!

Run cord from across the room for new light inside. If door doesn't shut, drill hole. Use outside flood light with motion detector on it. We don't want it to stay on all the time and heat the beer.

This is the easiest way...
1) remove exhaust pipe & steering wheel
2) Chock back wheels, put in neutral
3) drain gas & coolant
4) remove trans fill plug
5) have a keg party inviting 40 strong guys
6) after an hour or so...say "I bet we could flip that tractor upside down, up and backwards".
7) after draining, flip it back up.

Kando actually got it removed by the time we hit page three; but found the thread so entertaining that he didn't want to tell us.

Of course, a vice cemented to the ground to clamp a hold of the bar.
