Thanks for posting. I have done the EXACT thing you were doing with the PHD but without the life threatening incident, it could of easily happened to me. It is scary to think of my son growing up without a daddy.

Someone posted "That which does not kill me, makes me stronger." I think in this case it should read "That which does not kill me, makes me thank God for watching over me."

First off I'm very glad that you're still with us to tell your story. If I had a near death ride like you and lived to talk about it I would head off down to play the Ohio Lottery on the slim chance that my good luck might be turned into fortune.

Be careful out there with your equipment, bad stuff happens much to fast if you don't.

Man, you are one lucky fella! I am glad you are ok and unharmed. That gave me goose bumps reading it. It had to be a horrifying, surreal event to go thru. I'd still be having nightmares!
