recommendations for undercoating/ rustproofing

Fluid Film I get the 5 gal bucket it never go's bad . I got the spray kit from this guys Fluid Film PRO Gun kit $89.50 Fluid Film Rust Protection
and if u spray enough of it u get use to the taste

Ha great minds think alike, lol. Yep I got the pro gun from them and again I wonder what took me so long every time I use it. Also I am not affiliated with them in any way but they are great. I ordered a kit and a few other items, they called me within minutes of my order to ask if I wanted two of some items because the kit I ordered had the items. Well no I’m just a moron and accidentally ordered two. They gave me my money back right then and said they just wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, nothing less, nothing more.

Rust proof a new or newer used truck? How about wait until it rusts? I think the OEM rust proofing has come a long way. Also how do you know what you are going to use is compatible with what the OEM is using? Could the product you are using devolve the OEMs product making it worse. Then once it rusts use POR 15.(paint Over Rust) It actually bonds to the rust, it is expense but wonderful stuff.

I have yet to see a undercoating that works anywhere even close to as well as oil or Fluid film type products work.
Yes I would absolutely oil a new truck.
I've been oiling my truck for well over 20 years (its a 1991 F-250).
It runs in salt and calcium covered roads every winter. Still no rust.
