PTO in reverse?

Been researching for buying a used Yanmar and have seen that the PTO's on the grays run opposite direction as US domestics. True or Untrue? Have a couple implements from my recently deceased tractor and want to know I can still use em.

My Gray Yanmar don't run in the opposite direction.

The only ones I know of are some early Mitsubishi, Satoh, and Kubota models. All of them had nonstandard shafts also. I think they were 25mm-25 spline, not sure of that but obvious at first glance they are not standard cat 1!

I think, not sure but think, that all with 1 3/8 dia cat 1 shafts are clockwise.

Yanmars turn the correct direction.

The only one that I KNOW turns the opposite direction and has a non-standard (smaller and more splines) PTO shaft is the grey market Kubota B6000. All Yanmars that I have ever seen have a standard PTO shaft and rotation.

Where did you get information that greys turn the opposite of US tractors?
