Problem is my existing septic is under a concrete patio at the rear of my house, my only other option would be another small septic but expense versus worth is the question.

Can you run it into the basement?

If your tank is under a patio how do you have it serviced or pumped?

In our town they consider a structure with running water to be living space and tax it accordingly. Check so you don't get hit with a back taxes bill if you sell the place years from now.

There have been times when I was knee deep in muck and needed to go and the thought of having to get the boots and coveralls off before going in the house made me wish I had a throne out in the shop. I guess it's one of life's lesser known luxuries.

I know our well was down for two days and. You never realize how much you miss it until you don't have one.

When i built my shop i plumbed the sink in to the soakaway that i dug for the roof water and have had no problem as we get plenty of rain here it is only a little dirty water with a large amount of clean

But the more time i spend in the shop the more i would like a toilet im also
thinking that i may devide the far end off 30x15 as a games room for the kids
so it would stop the m traveling in doors

but i think i can get that into the existing tank if there isn't enough run then i will use a saniflo and pump it

Saniflo macerator pumps
