rbtjr- Thanks very much for the information. Due to other issues/problems, I have not had an opportunity to attach Pat's easy change yet. I am hoping to be able to work on it tomorrow. I meant to order the stabilizer bar with it, but forgot to do so. I may have to order it separately. Thanks again. Bob

I finally got time to install the PED system. BUT.....ran into a serious problem- I have a Kubota B2910 which is a Category 1 tractor. As with others, the lift bar (middle bar) was then too short. I went to my Kubota and got a longer one. But, it is too wide to fit in the slot for the pin. And, it is a Category 1 bar. I tried one at Tractor Supply and had the same problem. Did anyone else have this problem?

The correct term is "top link" instead of "middle bar".

TSC has two lengths of cat 1 toplinks. You need to get the longer one. That is what I had to do...The shorter one
was about the same as the OEM on my Kioti.

Another TBN Member told me where to order a top hitch adaptor. I ordered one. Go to Agrisupply.com and search for item # 61369. It is only $17.49 and should solve the problem.

Ahh. Installed my Pat's system and alas, gotta get a longer top link assembly and be done with it. I am glad I ordered the spreader bar with the system.

mine was a little too wide so on the grind wheel it went to shave it off a little on both sides and walah it fits perfectly. sometimes you just gotta modify..
