Backhoe Operating a backhoe

This was sent to me and I thought you'd all get a kick out of it. Sorry if it has been posted before.

No way to tell what country they are located in. Speaking a foreign language (probably Russian). The stuck guy in the blue jacket has a lot of faith in the shovel operator and the shovel operator is obviously VERY GOOD at operating this machinery!! Never saw anything like this before. That backhoe operator is an "artiste." OSHA would have a fit.

It's actually an excavator...still a good video though.
