Notify Moderator

Just wondering if the moderators know who sent the notification.

IE in case it isn't obvious why the notification was sent, they could PM the notifyer for more info.

Any thoughts on including an option for a brief reason for the notification: IE double post, wrong forum, Inappropriate content etc?

I've sent a couple of notifications in my time here. I will sleep better knowing that the moderators can ask me why I sent it if it isn't clear.
