If the bladder in the tank is leaking, the tank may be waterlogged. Shut down the system and check the pressure in the tank. It should be a couple PSI lower than the kick-on pressure of the pressure switch. If it is too high, withdrawing water rapidly will drop the tank pressure abruptly and trip the safety on the pressure switch. If the tank is waterlogged, the same thing can happen. If the bladder is bad, you can air up the tank and operate it as a bladderless tank until you can replace it. Putting a tire gauge on the air fitting with the system drained down will tell you if it's a problem or not.

This is why it is important to have a 75 PSI pressure relief valve on the system. If the pressure switch fails to turn the pump off for any reason the relief valve will dump enough water to keep the pump from melting down.
