I am a retired mechanical engineer and have lived on a small farm all my life. My passion Is designing and building agricultural equipment. My goal is to become totally energy independent. I have been studying energy issues for many years and have become a self proclaimed expert on this subject. Several years ago we developed a briquetter to make fuel from switchgrass. This project is currently on hold due to lack of funds. I would be interested in hearing from forum members on these subjects.
