Some people just like to be mad at the world...
I let adjoining property owners know before I listed a property for sale... no one was interested when I decided to sell.
One neighbor women has been extremely difficult.. the kind that would call the sheriff if any of the neighbor kids were playing ball and it landed on her property. The home I owned with my brother is a rental and has been long before she became "Our" neighbor.
One day I get an irate call from her... she is so mad that I can barely speak. She tells me the Sheriff is on the way and that I'm going to pay... I finally find out that a moving truck had mistakenly parked at her home and got then got stuck in the mud as she yelled at them when they tried to leave.
I politely told her that it was no concern of mine... she would not take no for an answer and wanted my insurance company's name. I told her, "Why would I give her that information... since we are NOT even neighbors."
We had sold the property and it tunrs out it was moving day for the new owners They had family driving the Uhaul that was stuck with their furniture.
There was total silence on the phone when I told her I not longer owned the property... She did not believe me because she never saw a for sale sign... she then said she would have been interested and was waiting for the sign to go up so her realtor could handle things...
Some people get what they deserve...
