I've got a call in to the folks about that Paragon 3000 grease. She wrote back what we know, that it was only available in 50 packs.

But, she asked for my area and said she would look into it and see what she could come up with.

Grease is really nothing but oil with a thick carrier to keep it from running off. The oil is what lubricates. The carrier just tries to keep it in one spot.

I've never had a grease gun that didn't leak. That's why I keep them in a 20mm ammo can.

Actually today's modern high tech greases are much the opposite. The oil does not do much of the lubrication and is mainly only there to keep the anti wear additive package in suspension and to make up the proper NGLI consistency. Yesterday's grease that was not much more than oil suspended in clay is a thing of the past. Today's greases contain large amounts of anti wear, anti corrosion, tackifier and cohesive, water proofing and many other additives along with each type of greases base compound properties.

As far as quantities go. It is available in 50 tube cases, 45 pound (6 gallon) buckets, 120 pound 1/4 drums, 415 pound full drums, 275 gallon RCB's (returnable bulk containers) and 3,000 pound Flow Bins.
