I'm only 6'1", but found the Deere 1026R to be quite comfortable for me. It has got a great seat and a tilt steering wheel. The slightly cheaper 1023E model would not have worked because it did not have tilt wheel, and the seat was from a riding mower. I could not get that model configured in a way that was comfortable to use.
For about the same money as the Deere 1026R, I actually got a slightly bigger Kubota
B2920. It has a slightly roomier operator's station and a decent seat, but does not have tilt wheel. However, it just happened to have a perfect arrangement to the steering wheel when I adjusted the seat where I needed it, so it was a "just right" fit for me. I think that was dumb luck.
Definitely take the time to evaluate fit/comfort, and consider the seat size, seat quality, amount of seat suspension, and then whether or not tilt wheel is available or needed. You may also want to consider how well primary controls fall into your hand, say for throttle, front loader, and rear hitch. Finally, consider ingress/egress onto the seat. All of this stuff matters for big guys.
Good luck!
