mini-donkeys

Anyone know of anyone around north Texas that has any mini-donkeys for sale. Just want it for a pet. Doesn't have to be registered or fancy. When I got to looking some of these things go for $2500 and up. I just want a runt or something that's not over $200 and will give it a good home.

Im pretty sure the PARIS TX. sale barn has a mule and donkey night. Give em a call. North of BIRD in GAINSVILLE TX on hwy-82 east of town was a small place that had a bunch of them fuzzy little dudes you could see from the road. Try the phone book, their around but they sure are pricey! Good luck,

Theres a guy that works Atwoods (aka TSC) here in tulsa area that sell them for around $200-250.

some folks seem to think mini-donkeys are worth a lot: i've had a couple for several years, so far, they have had nothing but males: which i have sold for $150...i'm really not sure why some prices have stayed so high?? or who is paying those high prices?? theres a mini-donkey magazine you might pick up at the book store, i haven't looked at one in several years, but they use to have a lot of places in tx listed that sold mini and standard size.
