Shield Arc, your link doesn't show up. I think Dial-Arcs were always 30% duty cycle at 250 amps and 50% at 200 amps, the same as a Lincoln Idealarc 250 but in practice, the Lincolns could handle more duty cycle than than the Miller. Unless you're doing heavy production work, you'd never have to worry about exceeding the duty cycle so that shouldn't be a concern.
