Price Check Mahindra 3510

I'm in the market for a smallish (< 50hp) tractor to work 10 acres of land in east Texas. Primarily bush hogging, driveway maintenance, landscaping, occasionally moving some round bales for cows, etc.

I found a Mahindra 3510 4WD with front loader for $10,000, 8 yrs old with 1,000 hrs. Assuming no major problems, does this sound like a fair price? It's been a one-owner tractor, he just bought a new (bigger) one. In fact, I met him at a dealer's lot when he was loading up his new 4530.

I gave 8400 for my 4110 4WD with FEL, 24 inch post hole auger, 5 ft. bush hog, 5 ft. grader blade, and 5 ft. box blade. I think I got an exceptional deal on this unit. Have had no major problems with tractor. Do not know what the one you are looking at is worth. Mine was a one owner with less than 1000 hrs. also
