I'm a fan of Kubota oil. It upsets me when dealers put in different oil. I would be comfortable putting in an oil that specifically states it meets kubotas super udt specs on the pail, but the dealer should just stick with Kubota. If you think John deere oil is better, go buy a John Deere tractor.

Gonna pick up my new (used) M59 from the dealer this week. They just changed all fluids/filters. Can't wait to see what this machine can do.

Could someone please measure the width of the rear tires for me? I am away from the tractor for months, and want to make sure I get a trailer that fits

yeah, but if that's the number on the spec sheet, I know it's wrong. I've never figured out where that spec sheet number came from. If someone measured it for you, on the other hand, it sounds kind of plausible...

How do you like the ATi preseeder....how does it compare to a harley rake?

I like the preseeder a lot. It pretty much is a Harley rake to all intents and puposes. Running it off the front QA is great.

Rockhound is also good - have both. If I only had to have one... harley rake is better for bulldozing type prep, rockhound is better for finish, rock removal, and minimal topsoil. Hope that helps

FYI, they have no connection to Kubota corporate, or even a dealer. They are an independant repair shop.
