do these look like the correct lower link pins? width form hole to nut?

There is many different styles...the ones you listed are "adjustable" because they have that thin nut on the inside, there is also the type that has a flange there instead.

The ones you listed will work great...use loctite on the threads.

I would not use weld on pins-if you can find them, I have never seen them. Do you have a TSC nearby? They have the different styles in stock usually.
