I just used a piece of clear plastic tubing that slipped over the valve stem, and held it on with a small hose clamp. This has worked well for me three times now...

If you get a tractor dealer or repair shop to do it probably around $100 - $150 per tire at your house including installing a tube. Some tractor shops will come and do it in your yard.

TSC has the adapters. They are 10 bucks +- and are about 2 inches long and have a female hose end on the big side. Look right in the area that you find the tire tools. I used the same core.
