Legacy 60 inch discharge problem..

Let me try a different tack... Anyone know if a bent part in the baffle system, that restricts air and grass movement to certain areas and diverts it to the discharge chute, would cause the mower to bog down due to trapped grass??? Part #1719600ASM, the "discharge baffle" is the suspect part...
