My new L3400 with FEL was delivered in 2007. It doesn't have many hours on it (130?) due to overseas deployments. In that time I've had to replace the hydraulic oil sight glass, two small hoses on the loader, the large hose under the right foot, and the ignition switch. Had to replace one of the turnbuckles on the three point hitch but that was my fault. Also unfroze the seat suspension. Fortunately all repairs were done onsite without having to get the dealer involved. What is amazing is the original battery lasted seven years. Other than that, a dependable tractor that's found use in many applications including hauling deer in the bucket.
How involved was changing out that sight glass? I need to do that when I change my fluid filter and wondered if you had any tips you could share?
Thanks in advance,
Clay
