Kioti Grapple

Hi,
I am thinking of getting a Kioti KG-2060 grapple for my Kubota L2501.
It's available locally (big win for me given I am in the NW and everyone adds shipping to their prices for our area), "seems to be" well made, and has what I think is a reasonable price ($2000) from a shop that I like and respect. The shop offers a warranty and suggested I use it as hard as I want (I am pretty gentle on my equipment).
I do not know how thick the tines are (I may go back to measure them).
Only disadvantage that I am aware of is that it is a different shade of orange than the Kubota
Does anyone on this forum have any experience with Kioti grapples?

The material and specs look good on those grapples, I'm sure you will like it.

I'm pretty sure mine is a KG2060. I've been happy with it; it's not let me down yet. The clamshell design took me a bit to get used to, but I'm really happy to have it. When we cleared out a number of trees in fall of '23 it really proved its worth, what a back saver! I've done some light raking with it too, cleaning up sticks and whatnot.

I bought a cheaper made grapple about 10 yrs ago. Had to reinforce the hinge once but its been holding up great. The tines are about 3/8 thick best I remember. I never bent any of them, its lightweight. Seems like it weighs about 400# best I recall. I went with a 48" model and it does everything I needed.

You can always buy some Kubota orange spray paint if that bothers you. Or go flat black too

I bought a black MTL grapple for my L2501 for $1129 delivered. Compact Tractor 48"-54"-60" HD Root Grapple Hydraulic - quick attach — MTL Attachments With the l2501 lift capacity, you don’t want the grapple to be too big.

Green Manufacturing makes grapples for everything, where I got mine at and much less expensive but you have to be able to weld to install them. I installed one on one of my loader buckets.
