I am having a perplexing problem. My 2005 Kioti CK30 (1200 hours) is leaking coolant and try as I might I cannot detect from where. The fan handily disperses the anti-freeze all over so I am stymied. It does not appear to be around the main hoses nor the drain, overflow or tube connecting the overflow tank. I see also there is a cloth like tube coming off the engine to the lower right corner of the radiator but I don't think it is that either. I am slowly coming to grips that it might very well be the radiator itself but given that it has had no blows I am having trouble swallowing that. Does anyone have any history on the CK30 cooling system or any ideas, pretty frustrated here.

Since posting , sadly I have discovered that by removing the radiator cap (this is with the tractor ice cold) that it wets up at the bottom left of the radiator with bright green antifreeze. I believe that by removing the cap it allows it to vent so the coolant can run out without pressure. No sign of leaking by hoses. I am going to pull out the radiator and take in to a repair shop. Dealer tells me that will be about $500 vs, $1400 CDN $ for a new one. My hopes of a loose hose clamp are dashed. LOL

Sorry to hear that you found a leak. I have a 2014 CK30 that would leak while parked, especially in the cold of winter. It was only a slow drip and would leave a wet spot on the shop floor. During the warmer weather I went over each hose and tightened every clamp that I could find. It turned out to be the clamp near the thermostat and once I tightened that one all dripping ceased. Two years now... Let us know how you made out with the repair. Dutchy

mine is 2006 HST and no sign of a leak yet thank goodness. Transmission Oil cooler split though and that was $460+ It wrecked the alternator by sucking in the oil from the cooler leak. I fitted a Ford Alternator as the Kioti one was going to cost $500. I got the Ford one for nothing.
