Neighbor put a 2' (36" circum) extension on his corrugated overflow pipe for his pond when he built up the dam. He joined the extension to the old pipe with a metal band and some heavy duty silicone type adhesive. Well as you can imagine the water rose and the connection held together good, however there are a couple of leaks, pencil diameter streams of water coming through.
My question is: how can you stop the leaks? Weld from the inside somehow, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated.

How about some 2 part paste epoxy or some Bondo? Crawl inside when its dry and push it into the joint.

Expanding foam sealant would be easy, but I am not sure it would be waterproof.
