My glow plug light does not light, it is 0 degrees F. and after I have the battery fully charged with my battery charger, it did start. It was a rough start, but it did start. does that mean the glow plugs are operating, and my glow plug light may be burned out? Or what should I do to figure out this problem.

Are you pushing in on the key?

I am not sure, I thought I needed to just turn the key the first click until the glow plug light goes off and then turn it one more click to start, and the glow plug light never comes on. Do I need to push in the key harder?

Operators Manual page 68 says:

Recommendations: Install optional engine block heater and optional hydraulic oil heater to operate below 0F.

Tractor is equipped with an intake air heater system.
An electric heating element warms the intake air.

1. Activate the intake air heater system by pushing in on the key switch.

. Hold key in 10-15 seconds for temps above 0F
. Hold key in 30 seconds for temps 0F to -10F
. Hole key in 45 seconds for temps below -10F

2. Turn key clockwise to start engine.

3. If engine runs rough, activate the intake air heater system by holding in key until engine runs smoothly.

Yes turn key to first position the push key in toward the switch (not cranking over engine) and light should come on in the dash for glow plugs although your tractor does not actually have glow plugs. It has an electric heating element in the air intake to heat the air.

I tried turning the key one click and push and holding it in for around 20 to 30 seconds, before turning the key to the start position, and it started but most likely because I started it an hour ago or so.
Is their any click or sound of any kind that happens when I try and activate the intake air heater by pushing the key in?
I didn't realize I did not have glow plugs because their is a glow plug light, but it doesn't come on. Could that be because their is a malfunction in the the electric heating element in the air intake to heat the air? or could it just be the glow plug bulb?

I tried my tractor and the light came on when I pushed in the key (that made a faint clicking sound). It could be your bulb or element but I'd check the fuses first.

Yes the relay in the fuse panel below the steering wheel will click when the key is pushed in to activate. So if no light or click, then check the fuse and diagnose from there.

I hear a click just after I turn the key, I believe that is a fuel solenoid.
I do not hear a click from pushing in the key after the key is turned to the first position.
Which fuse position operates the air intake heater?

I took a quick look at the wiring schematic and the relay position is F1 top right relay in the fuse panel. I would pull it out and re-install a couple of times to make sure it has clean contacts. It can be very common for the pins to get dirty or corroded and a couple wiggles or in and outs can make contact. [start with the basics] It looks like it is fused with the ignition switch no separate fuse for the actual heater? Do you have a copy of the service Manual?
