JD 3520 Second Service

I don't put enough hours on my 3520 so I get the oil changed yearly. I'm getting close to my second yearly service at 115 hrs. I continued with break-in oil with the first oil change. Should I use it again since I'm still under the 200 hr interval?

What other services would anyone recommend with the amount of hours I have on it? They aren't hard hours.

Its been a wonderful tractor. Done everything I've asked of it.

I am in the same boat. 400 hours and have a 2005. I did not use break in oil on my 2nd service.

I change the oil every year even if I don't go over 200 hours. Oil breaks down over time and will not offer the same protections as when new. Cheap insurance.

I would recommend you do things like check bolt torque on everything you can especially the wheels.

I didn't use my 4520 that much this year either as most lawn projects were small and far between. Hope next year is better.

Yep, check your torque thrust bolt on you front axle too, they all seem to come loose.
