Oil & Fuel info for hinomoto e2304

I just bought a hinomoto e2304,
can someone give me some more information concerning

1.type of engine oil

2.type of gear oil

3.how long to glow (before starting the engine)?
the glow-led on the dashboard always stays ON (when turning key to left), is this normal ?

I run just regular 10/30 for the engine.
My hino is a little hard to start, so I hold the glow plugs for about 20 seconds.
U have to turn the key all the way off or the light will stay on and eventually drain your battery.
If u need parts or just info about your tractor here is a good website. He doesn't list all the parts but he can get you anything for your tractor. He is also a hinomoto expert.
