? Identify this 1 cylinder 4 stroke engine that requires 50:1 fuel/oil mix?

I have two of Stihl's 4 stroke oil burners. Lots of power, but HEAVY. Also, the 50:1 mix lets the power heads get HOT under full power extended use; which is typical for me. I switched to a 32:1 mix and they run better and still do not smoke much or foul the plugs or ports (so far, just into my third season with these.

I run the crap out of mine..have not felt the need to switch the mix.....you have changed the viscosity of the fuel by going to 32 to one...it going to run leaner -hotter.. at 32 to one unless you rejet...

I understand your thinking more oil is better....but it is really not the case
Believe it or not, the guys that engineered this thing are smarter than us

I have never taken notice of available aftermarket jet kits for landscaping tools. I will keep a close eye on it, but so far the motors are VERY noticeably cooler when blending the Stihl premium synthetic oil to yield 6 quarts of premium fuel than they do when run on the two gallon mix. But, I will keep guarded watch on it.
