You're gonna love those chains on ice James. I got a set of Duo's from Canadianchains.com this fall. They're awesome, we've had a fair amount of rain, then cold so lots of ice. They laugh at ice!
Never mind the cold, we want pics..
Sean
I am working on a way to set up a remote starter on my '01 Jeep TJ with a standard tranny. I never use the parking brake and since I blew out a brake line in the fall, I am going to replace all the brake lines with new and install line lock on the fronts. Then I would just have to bypass the safety switch on the clutch pedal and park it in neutral with the LL on and it should start. I HOPE.but I'm a wuss when it comes to warm cars in the morning.

Well they are on. I am waiting on snow an ice now..
My chains received for Christmas are doing a great job... it hasn't snowed yet here!
Any comments on how well the Aquiline MPC chains are working out for you,
James??
Do you have much snow now James? We have about 30" in the bush, not really good for getting around. I kept the trails clean over the winter, so collecting firewood has not been too bad.
It has warmed up the last few days, and all the snow I have now is my plow mounds and windrows at the side of the road.. the rest has melted.
Too bad, now you cant practice any more.
Yeah, speaking of which we're supposed to get a foot or so tonight into tomorrow. Gotta like weekend storms, I have Sunday to move it..It isn't over yet. there will be more!
