I turned 60 today and...

I woke up with a stiff and very sore lower back. Been awhile since I have had this pain and as usual did nothing to deserve it. What a way to celebrate 'my' day. Is this also the new normal? :hissyfit:

I am blessed beyond words to have a wonderful wife, life, healthy children, grandchildren, and a career that has allowed me to experience far more than I imagined. I am very fortunate!

Happy Birthday mate. And YES, it is the beginning of the new 'norm' At least it was for me. First laminectomy around 40 or so and 2nd one 60 ish. Can't remember exactly but that is the new norm too.

As for your sun moving south, so is ours. Still 91.4 (33C) today and it is 4.30 pm.
