That rear lever is illegal on Kioti's sold here in Oz. The importer must remove them and destroy them, with photographic evidence to prove it, so the rep told me. Apparently it's to do with the installed option whereby the PTO will disengage when the 3PL is raised, and automatically re-engage when the 3PL is lowered again.
Several makes of tractor here have sort-of got around the issue by installing lever mechanisms at the back of the tractor which permit raising and lowering in tiny increments.
Anyway, the mounting bracket is still there...
