I think some here are forgetting what’s being discussed is bumping up power of a large displacement, low performance 1.5 liter engine, rated at 37hp. It’s a 25hp/liter engine design….

Imagine buying a new 1.5 liter engine car with 37hp. All this talk of melted exhaust valves and such…😂

I own a 2014 LS XR4046 and got a nice bump in power after I deleted emissions and ECU control BUT my engine has mechanical pump and injectors, it wouldn't work with electric injectors.

Adding HP won’t make the loader lift anymore weight.

With that size and weight of tractor you would probably notice the ponies doing PTO work but doubt would benefit for ground engagement type work.
Agree, the Deere is one light tractor. I bumped up the power a bit on my L39, but it is weighted to 8,000 lbs.

I'm trying to explain from my recliner, I'm not at the tractor or paper manual in hand...so I called them. 812-618-9166
The tech said at end of the fuel rail is a pressure sensor. I unplugged it and module leads now go between the two. What it does is increases pressure as needed. They said simply call that number if anyone has any questions.
I told him I can now work at a lower rpm in 4WD and it won't spin tires, it just has more torque and he said that's exactly right.
More hp & efficiency means more power and less fuel used (efficiency).
Any questions simply call the company. All I know is it's money well spent and I'm happy with 30% more power.
"Increases pressure" that equals more fuel into cylinders within the same time period/injector cycle.
That pretty much shoots down the better fuel economy statement.

Why not give them a call? You could explain that to them so no more false advertising.

Front end loaders; turning the pressure up on the hydraulic pump, putting bigger cylinders on it will increase the lifting capacity but may well overload the loader frame, lift arms, and the front axle of your tractor. Then what? Increasing the power (hp) of a motor is easy with aftermarket gimmicks. If you want to see what can happen to a motor by increasing performance, watch the drag races some weekend. Marvel at the performance those guys get from passenger car motors until they explode. Thats not to say upping the horsepower a few clicks will blow a tractor motor or using premium gas instead of regular. How simple and cost effective is it to just get the machine that matches your job?

What fun is there in that? Besides that, some people want a newer tractor with no emissions and then make it a little more powerful.

I think the OP has a ways to go before he hits any performance/durability limits.

Here, hold my beer.🍺

Wife & I never watched drag races because we were too busy racing our cars. I've never blown a motor ever. My thought is whenever a manufacturer gives the weight limit it's not at it's maximum limit, not like if it's rated for 1800 lbs. it breaks at 1810 lbs.
If I can work the tractor at 1700 rpm instead of 2700 rpm, not spinning the tires getting the job done if anything engine will probably last longer.
Any questions...call the company that designed it. If installing that module causes engine damage how can they stay in business?
