I used ACV for a year or so and then Amazon forgot how to properly pack boxes for shipping so I gave up after having a couple gallons leaking during shipments. Quarts couldn't seem to make it here either.

What does the vinegar do? I was just told that I have "gout", and one of the home remedies is drinking vinegar.
30 seconds later and I found myself making a noose out of my shoelaces....I couldn't make it through 45 seconds of that guy talking.....

Old school remedy . . . try it.
The last time I consumed 24oz of water in one sitting I was prepping for a colonoscopy!
Anything will be better than the last two weeks. One day I was crawling over ledges with 150% slopes; the next day I could barely walk and didn't know WTF was going on.
I get gout occasionally, too. Two changes I've made seem to help:
1. I don't drink, so my gout is brought on by excess protein consumption. I try not to have two meals in a row that include meat.
2. Gout generally comes on in the middle of the night. If I wake up and my right big toe is hurting for no reason I immediately take an Aleve and abstain from eating meat for that day. It almost always will go away during the course of that day. If I still have lingering pain I'll take another Aleve after 12 hours or so. I also take turmeric daily as well to aleviate my normal aches and pains, and only use NSAIDS if I really need them.
So, for all those that drink the apple cider vinegar, I,ve got a few questions.
Is there a preferred brand, or two ? Is there a best time to drink it each day ? How much of it do you drink total, each day?
Would drinking water right after drinking ACV not dilute it, reducing the effects of it ?

I think the more important question is "how many times a day do you exert yourself"?
My job is fairly physical, I'm on my feet all day ..or driving. I would say my workday is more aerobic than heavy lifting, lots of squatting, kneeling, standing back up, and my arms and shoulders are always in movement . I will do 10k steps a day almost every day ( approx 4 miles ) ..weekends I try to kick back and rest if I can.
