Help with Hinomoto E2304

I own a Hinomoto E2304, I cannot seem to be able figure out how to turn the PTO off. And by doing this would it fix the problem i'm having with box blade not going up and down? Any help would be much appreciated!

use the clutch to disengage the pto (set the lever in neutral).

no, it is an independent pto as far as I know.

Okay Thanks. For some reason my box blade will not raise and lower, and I don't know how to fix it, I have tried everything that I know of.

Have you checked the knob under your seat ? Try turning it left and right to see if the lift reacts ...

Most Hino's have a plate near the rear end that holds the hydraulic filter.
Drain the hydraulic fluid, find and remove the plate and filter.
Clean the filter, reinstall both and refill the fluid.
The 3 point will then work.
