Back in the late 70's purchased a craftsman riding mower
with snow blower returned it was not able to keep the belt
on so I purchased a walk behind snow blower it could handle
more snow than the riding mower blower! Now just wait for the
snow to melt.
INSTEAT OF REPLACING THE SPINDLES!
Remove the spindles use a punch or stick of wood and punch
the bearings out, remove seal from on side and grease well
then use a socket or whatever to replace bearing with open
side to center of spindle housing reinstall this done once a
year or every 2 years. When you put grease in the zerk in
the middle of the spindle you are not getting any grease in
the bearings they have a seal on them! Name of the game
is to save you some money!!!
