I guess I kinda worded my statment wrong. I should have said . I wouldn't want the water moving so fast through the coil that you get very little heat out of it. I'am speaking about a water coil within a air handler & tied to a water heater..not a radiator for a large boiler system. I have been on service calls where the customer wasn't getting alot of heat. I found that the air handler blower moter speed was on high. I wired the blower to low speed & haven't had anymore problems. If he is talking about a boiler that just circulates the water through a radiator it shouldn't matter
