Popgadget, I have one of those HF Mini tire changers. Lately when I need to change a tire. I get kid (he is 40. But anyone same age as my 60 year old son and younger is a kid) across the street to help. Makes both HF tire changers that I have work very well.

successful morning, rv radio fixed
just a loose connection in rear, which they knew, and I knew, they should have checked the first time.
took them over an hour to fix but they only charged me for a half hour, which is fine.
connector has the little screw on side like a DB9; they had simply vibrated loose.
But to get to it, dash has to come off, radio taken out, etc.
way over my paygrade

put 24 gallons of regular in at Wawa on way home for 3.55 a gallon, then when home, dumped two cans of
Sea Foam in the tank, and then a couple more gallons of high test from my mower can. Rv is ready to go.

time to go out and mow the lawn on a nice day

Scored all 3 vacs at Safeway as walk-in. Moderna, sr flu, and RSV. Both arms complaining this morning and a bit under the weather so today will mostly non physical. Sophie reporting similar.

Good Morning Everyone

I hope that all is well in TBN land

I felt like a bit of a caveman yesterday ... we lost power for 6 hours, but I had fire

Since I could really do nothing in my home office, the house, or the garage ... I decided that it was a day for outdoor work. After a crazy wildfire season, the burning ban was finally lifted on Oct 13/23, so I gathered up burnables and set to work. It was overcast, but calm for a bit. Stormy and windy evening however. I cleared a utility trailer full of junk wood also. Dump Run planned for the weekend.

Last week I managed to get the 1990 GMC Tracker stored in the old horse barn for the winter. Last Monday I had enough of the garage cleared that I could store the El Camino in a bay for the winter.

Still waiting on the meeting with the lawyers, banks etc - this is really a slow process.

Sunny today, and my daughter / son-in-laws 3rd Anniversary today (already) ... so it feels like a good day

I agree about the Kid, but I’m too stubborn to call for help unless I truly can’t do it myself. And my over 40 year old son is a short workman ride away….
It would be torture for me to watch him struggle more than me to change the tire. Bigger ones aren’t bad, but those 6” rims are tight

I made the executive decision to not change any more tires. I have done a lot of tires in my life and always hated the smaller ones the most
