Around $5k today for a replacement boiler. Shouldn’t have to mess with too much to change out, oil only will be smaller. Will have to adapt to the old in and out pipes, exhaust and the fuel line in.
I have an old one sitting in my basement. I replaced it with geothermal, still need to remove the boiler taking up space. On my list of rainy day projects, and fortunately the sun came out today.
77°, we got .26” rain around 4-5 am. Woke me up. Once I got back to sleep I slept pretty good till 9:30.
