The neighbor is not happy about learning about the property line after pulling a string saying he spent money cleaning up on my side of the line and he will sue.
The property lines were adjusted with a prior neighbor years ago and gives us rights to use some of his land for general use.
Told him to go look at the property platt and the notes for use that is incorporated into the deed. Consult with a surveyor if needed.
Then let us discuss and get to common set of facts.
And if so far so good let us come up with a plan forward that works for both of us.

Work day pass quickly.
Pickup past inspection all fluids filters etc. change 4 new winter boots,couple pickup snowplow to dealer for check up etc....never like break downs in the dead of winter.

Setting on the deck watching 1 shunk,3 gray fox,5 deer all getting long...guess some people could learn from the wildlife.

Feet up watch little tv than cuddle the pillow.

logged onto my school board finance meeting as planned and couldn't hear a thing. No sound
They could hear me but I couldn't hear them.
I turned everything on and off multiple times. and got nowhere.
Eleven year old Klipsch powered system with sub. Need to diagnose it and fix it, likely a broken wire.

I have it on good authority Santa will be bringing me a new set of Klipsch Fives, a nice pc speaker system. No sub this time, though I could add one.
New version hooks up by digital cable, not a stereo mini so should have very clean sound.
Since I got my old laser printer off my desk, room for bigger speakers.
more power to the people says the man with terrible hearing.

Since I don't watch tv and spend all my musical time on the pc, might as well have nice speakers here.
Ones in living room are just for background music, not hi fi. Current Klipsch speakers spoiled me, realized how much I was missing.
Headphones do a good job too but when the six engine train comes lumbering up the hill on youtube, now my
whole desk can vibrate... life is good.

We need tort reform. So many people are sue happy and they need to pay the defendant for their time and aggravation.
That would put the hiatus on that nonsense.
